Ancient Past Kingdom Rulers

A pic I did of my fursona's parents. Also my first time drawing a female.

These two here are King Staravian and Queen Serenity of the ancient Sacred Star Kingdom. They do play a role in my Super Mario story, "The Rise of Antowser, King of Nightmares." I also made sure traits from each parents are seen in my fursona like his father's looks and his mother's eye and hair colors. I chose diamonds to also be their symbols since diamonds do relate to light.

King Staravian was a strong, courageous and just king who wanted nothing but for everyone in his kingdom to live their happy lives. He met a beautiful spiritual woman named Serenity who was gentle and kind to all her friends and nature. The two soon fell in love with each other and got married later on in time becoming a monarch pair. They then had a spirit dragon baby boy who they loved very much and named him Starlight Dragon, part of the name coming from his father.

One little fact about them is that they ruled the ancient Sacred Star Kingdom that used to stand where the Mushroom Kingdom now stands. This kingdom existed thousands of years ago and stood for a very long time. It was a very peaceful and prosperous kingdom, that is until something happened between the Spiritual Beings and the invading Koopa Clan. What could have happened...? Also this seems to be in a frame. Does Starlight Dragon keep this with him...? If so, why...? What happened to King Staravian and Queen Serenity...? If the kingdom was ancient, how old is Starlight Dragon...? Many answers await in the future...

This also helps connect my fursona more with Super Mario.
